1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits at y44 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. y44 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (domestic Pakistan banks)
• Debit and credit cards

Deposits are credited to your y44 account balance upon confirmed receipt. y44 does not charge fees on deposits from the above payment methods, however your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside y44's control.

All funds deposited at y44 must come from payment methods that belong to you personally and are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment methods registered to someone else is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in account restrictions and may result in delays to withdrawal processing.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from y44 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. y44 targets processing of withdrawal requests within minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa, though actual transfer times may vary depending on the payment network.

Before a withdrawal is processed, y44 may require:

• Completion of the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process
• Proof of identity (national identity card, passport or equivalent)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or equivalent)
• Proof of payment method ownership
• Source of funds documentation for large withdrawal amounts

9 Account Suspension and Closure

y44 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time without prior notice where:

• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or financial crime is suspected
• The player is found to be ineligible under the eligibility criteria in Section 2
• A chargeback or payment dispute is raised against a y44 transaction

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balance, bonus winnings or funds connected to prohibited activity may be forfeited.
